IT (Information Technology) Course

Introduction: In this modern era, IT (Information technology) has become the most popular career option worldwide. The demand for innovation and technology is growing even faster. At the forefront of development in the Engineering field, IT is the most promising career field. There is a tremendous scope in the IT sector even not only in India but also abroad. Candidates, who want to adopt the latest emerging technology, will choose this career path. In India, there are over 3000 institutes/universities/colleges offering IT education at UG and PG level. Moreover, candidates can also pursue a Doctoral programme at the IT level. 

 IT course consists of 4 years but this duration can be extended up to 6 years. This course includes the theoretical part and lab sessions. After completing the IT course students can join Educational institutes, banks or may open their venture. The course consists of knowledge of information security, technical support for computers and software creation. Once you complete the IT, you can join one of the following positions- Associate Software Engineer, Java Developer, Programmer Analyst and more. 

IT Course Eligibility Criteria:

If you are willing to choose the IT course, then you must have to fulfil the below mentioned eligibility criteria-

• Candidates who have passed the senior secondary (Class 12th) exam from a recognized board/institute are eligible to pursue an IT course.
• Candidates must choose the Science stream in class 10+2.
• Candidates must obtain Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics subject in class 12th.
• Candidates must have to clear one of the following state level entrance examination ( JEE Main, JEE Advanced, MHT CET and more) to take part in the admission process.
