Rajarajeswari College of Engineering, known as RRCE is situated in Bengaluru and was founded in the year 2006. The institute is owned and run by Moogambigai Charitable and Education Trust (MCET), Bangalore. The college is affiliated with Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU), Belgaum and approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi, and the Government of Karnataka. The college has also been ISO 9001-2008 certified. The college imparts education in engineering in nine specializations such as Computer Science, Civil Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, and Electrical & Electronics Engineering, among others.

Admission to Bachelor of Engineering (BE) is done through a score of entrance exams like COMEDK UGET, JEE Main, KCET. Admission to M Tech is done through PGCET/GATE exam; for MBA admission, students will have qualified CAT/CMAT/CET/MAT exam; Admission to MCA is done through the PGCET entrance exam. The college has also provided merit-based scholarships and NICS Proposes National Innovation Scholarships for candidates.
