The college called Sir KP College Of Commerce Surat has successfully passed its 70th anniversary and is now in its 71st year of existence. Among the students, there are 2,900. Advanced Accounting and Auditing, Banking, and Statistics are among the specialisations available at this university. During the first year, students may also take electives such as Salesmanship & Publicity, Finance, and Banking and Insurance.

In the third year, students may choose to study Indirect Tax as an elective. "Statistics," "Auditing," and "Advanced accounting" are among the options available to graduate students.

The institution is the first in the Southern Gujarat region to provide an integrated M.Com. (Honours) program. The college also offers a Certificate in Tax Management.
