The Nitte University was established in 1979, Mangalore, India, and was called deemed to be a university in 2005. It has three sub-campus situated in Mangalore, Bangalore, and Karnataka. The university offers several Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses like MBBS, Ph.D., MDS, BDS, MD/MS, and B.Sc, etc. Nitte offers a total of 8 courses in Undergraduate and 8 courses at the PG level. In addition, it offers a Ph.D. with six specializations and offers additional courses such as Post Basic Diploma in Nursing, D.Pharma, GNM, and Pharm.D and among other courses.
NITTE University offers offline admission for the doctorate courses so candidates can download the application form and then submit it to a college campus. For medical courses, admission is done through NEET scores. For other courses, admission is done through previous marks that candidates can obtain in the qualifying examination. This university is approved by the Council of Architecture and affiliated with the DCI, MCI, MHRD, and INC.
