National Law University

National Law University was established in 1999 by the Rajasthan State Legislature under the NLUJ Act. It is a well-known university and is one of the top 5 among 23 NLUs. It is a member of the association of National Law Universities (NLUs) also it is approved by the University Grants Commission (UGC). In 2020, NLUJ was ranked 4^th for Law by the NIRF and ranked 5^th for the law by the Week. Admission to NLUJ is based on the cut-off of the CLAT entrance exam.

It offers various courses such as BA LLB ( Hons.), BBA LLB ( Hons), LLM, Ph.D., MBA, LLD, and DLitt programs are different specializations of law like International Law, Constitutional Law, Trade Law, Intellectual Property Rights Law, Criminal Law and among others. It also offers PG courses under distance education in association with IMT/IMTCDL. Apart from this, it also has 20+ research centers and offers placement opportunities.
