As a DOA, you will not become a doctor or earn any title as a doctor. You will be working under the Ophthalmologist specialists. They help the doctor to complete their task in the operation theaters or when they are examining the patients. This is a course of two years. 

MBBS Course Eligibility Criteria:

  • One should have completed the higher secondary education from a good school. 
  • The candidates should have completed their 12th standard or equivalent from a recognized college or university. 
  • You should have scored at 60 percent in your 12th standard. 
  • You should have Biology, Chemistry and Physics as your main subjects. 
  • The process of admission is different for each college and so you may have to give an entrance test or you can get the admission done based on merit as well.
